For those of you saying crispy bacon is loads better than chewy bacon, maybe you
should come over to my house and cook me the perfect bacon. And since one single trial run isn't enough to rule out the possibility that you just got lucky, you better do it everyday for a few weeks just to be sure.
Actually better yet, those who are sure that chewy bacon is king better come over and cook their perfect bacon as well so I can compare side-by-side.
