no idea. need an exam
I don't do laser stuff so will need to see your surgeon. Depends on how much cornea you have left, how much your refraction has changed (is it worth a touch-up?), how stable is your refraction (will it need to be changed again in 2-3 years), is something else causing your visual decline (unlikely). Honestly, probably better to keep what you have, guessing you have a myopic shift and that will give you more near vision for a longer period of time. Get a touch-up and you get 20/15 distance vision but will hit presbyopia sooner and lose your reading vision.
