I think his point is that the success of this season will be overshadowed if we
lose to a VCU team we should beat.
Last year was also an awesome season until tourney time. We didn’t expect to play great and ended up fairing well our first year in the B12, including a win @ Kansas.
All that being said, the only thing people remember from that year is losing to Duquesne.
