I've seen some suggest that BYU should hire someone who is currently an up-and-comer coaching men's teams as their new coach of the women's team.
How different is it coaching women's teams vs men's teams? You would think Judkins or Cummard would have a good perspective on this since they both were on coaching staffs for men prior to moving to the women's side.
Do you need a different style or approach to coach women? Do you need to focus on different things?
And another somewhat related question. Is it better/ideal to have a woman coaching the women's team or does it not matter much?
