My experience was horrible. Here it is...
I paid extra money to be able to change the flight. I ended up changing the flight before their deadline (or at least I thought I did) and I printed the screen indicating it was changed. The week before the flight, I tried to pull out my information for the flight and it wasn't in the system. Come to find out that their system never registered it and they marked me a no show on the early flight. I argued my case showed them my evidence (the computer printoff) and they flat out denied giving me anything. Horrible result to a justifiable issue that I had with their webpage interface. I had a loaded page saying my change had been made. They chose to give me the big middle finger and say "bad luck bro, next time make sure there is an email saying the change was made."
