What a day of basketball we all witnessed yesterday! Some teams won, and others weren't so lucky. My prognostications yesterday were pretty good. Let's see how I do this time:

BYU Cougars and Houston Coogers - After eliminating one of the nation's hottest teams in the Colorado Buffaloes, Houston would like nothing more than to prove that the glass slipper indeed fits. But for the Cinderella story to continue, they'll have to go through my BYU Cougars. BYU has been training all year at elevation, so I like their chances at maintaining a high level of play until the final horn sounds.

Texas Tech v Arizona - I like Arizona in this one because they just defeated Kansas, which is one of the best college basketball programs of all time. But Texas Tech will also be motivated to play their best ball, and that gives them a real shot at victory. But Pop Isaacs isn't walking through that door with his sideshow Bob haircut, so I worry that TT doesn't have the horses to get it done on the big stage.
