I get it, Iowa State is a good team. They beat then #5 Marquette in November. But now that same Marquette team is only ranked #25
They lost a close one to Auburn, which is cool... but it was still a loss.
They beat TTU on the road in OT when they were unranked but obviously now that has proven to be a big win.

Other than that, BYU has about the same wins/losses as they do. Except the Cougs have a win over them on the road when they were ranked #10 in the county and a win over them today when they were ranked #12 in the country on a neutral court.

BYU has won 9 games in a row. This is insane... I felt like all I heard for years growing up was how the committee favored teams that were hot right before the tournament. Well that's us. Might not be a better case in the country.

If ISU has a better seed than BYU has about the same resume and has 2 losses head to head... that's going to be a tough one to swallow.

I'm actually shocked this BYU team is shooting up the projection seeding list. They are checking all the boxes. If the season ended today, I'd be bummed with anything worse than a 5 seed and honestly, a 4 seed seems more like it.

Now, as we all know... BYU just needs to shut up and go start winning some of these tourney games. That's the best way to start getting some respect.
