Went out to pick up food for dinner, got home and stepped out of the car in my garage and all the sudden my right knee has this buckling pain.

Pain is on the outside and behind the leg. Could barely walk inside the house.

What in the world?

I’ve done nothing today that would have caused this.

Sitting in bed…it still hurts.

Why?
