Is this former Top Secret Military official lying? If so, any theories on his motive to make up such a story?
TLDW: Declassified video and audio from a 1995 report, shows a strange flying object flying near Nellis Air Force base in the Las Vegas area.

A military convoy goes out for a routine task the next day or two after the UFO was reported and they claim they saw what they thought was a man in a military uniform in distress on a dirt road in a remote part of the base. When they pull over to help the “man” they claim he had very bright white skin with a blue hue to it. They also claim he had no ears, larger eyes than homosapiens and spoke a language they had never heard before which would translate itself telepathically.

Retired military veteran Jason Sands testimony is quite compelling. If he is making the entire thing up then he’s a phenomenal actor and I’d like to know why a retired military veteran would just make up such a story? What would he have to gain?
