No. Maybe New York. Utah certainly could not. I am currently in
California fighting these fires. They were using 20-30% of their hydrants all at once and for a long period of time. That is insane. Utah couldn’t even get close to that. The resevoir could have been overflowing with water and it would not have made a difference.

In Provo when the tabernacle caught fire we used a whopping total of 5 hydrants and we completely drained the hydrant system. UFRA down by the airport had no pressure to do training from their hydrants.
