Went to the Lone Peak/Skyridge game last night. It's amazing how many kids
there are that are great shooters, but just don't have the height to make it to the next level. Both Skyridge and Lone Peak had a kid each hit 5 3s during the game. Lone Peaks was a super short stocky kid that ended up hitting the game winner. But he was money everytime he shot and the shooter on Skyridge was taller and skinny.

Obviously because these kids were short with not much athleticism, they will never play at the next level. There were two kids on the court that will probably play at the next level and that is the Kohler kid from Skyridge. 6 6 and is very strong with ball. He shot from the outside a few times, but I don't think he hit any. Everything was at the rim, but he has some good moves. Maybe someone here knows where he might be playing next year? Not sure I see a D1 athlete here, but maybe D2? He averages 17 and 9 a game.

Then there's the Lone Peak kid that is their starting PG and he's listed as 6 6, but probably more like 6 5 and is only a sophmore (Fotheringham I think it is?). He definitely looked young out there and made some mistakes, but he had a nice dunk drive and some nice made turn around shots and 3s. I'm assuming he grows a little more and with that size as a PG, I'm assuming he gets some looks at the D1 level. Think he is averaging around 13ppg and leads the team.

I'm assuming people on this thread are close to the two programs and can shed light on if these two are being recruited anywhere. Would be fun to know.
