Skeptical Optimist Intervention Needed
Go to Chick Fil A. Order a small mac & cheese and a 12 count grilled nuggets, and ask for
a salad bowl, buffalo sauce, and ranch.

Shake the pasta and chicken together in the salad bowl with some of the buffalo and ranch sauce.

Nuggets: 210 calories, 38g protein
Mac n Cheese: 450 calories, 20g protein
Buffalo Sauce: 25 calories, 0g protein (if you use the whole thing)
Ranch: 140 calories, 1g protein (if you use the whole thing)

I usually use 1/2 the buffalo and 1/2 the ranch. So that makes 720 calories and almost 59g protein.
