experienced weightlifter, I only got up to 185. I could squat the same as him at the end, but he still had 25 pounds more than me on bench.
He only got up to about 210 and plateaued, though he said he could do 225 when a DII track athlete who ran sprints.
I just think that a decent percentage of the population that couldn't physiologically get to 225, no matter how much they trained.
