A product selling a lot doesn't mean it is good
Unless it sticks around. During the frozen yogurt craze, there were companies that made millions selling lousy frozen yogurt. Didn't mean it was good, it just meant they were riding a wave of popularity. Once the craze ended, the bad frozen yogurt disappeared. I'm telling you right now the same thing's going to happen to crumbl unless the quality of the product fundamentally changes.
