He said that. I'll eventually be on meds but this was a spike and while he
wasn't definitive on causation he said holiday diet was likely a factor.
I'd bet I'm back down to 200 in 6 months. It is serving as a good motivation to lose a little weight too. I've got 15 to 20 I'd love to drop.
