They have everything that is standard now....hiding direct links to phone numbers and all that .....a phone bot that when you call that seems to get like 85% of what you're saying but then just purposely screws up that last 15% so you can't proceed into anything....no A....I said the letter A....why aren't you hearing A?..... and you've got to keep calling back to see if you can get just a little bit further like a 90's video game . Then if you do make it past that first boss you run into the homies from Hyderabad, who are masters at getting you nowhere and tossing you around to the next guy that seemingly knows nothing.
But they one upped their game....something I haven't run into yet from other tech companies yet. Their website constantly changes languages and redirects you back to previous pages when you're going through the tech support/returns section. One minute English, then you get closer to a solution ...and all the sudden the website displays in Polish....then Portuguese....you need to know Egyptian hieroglyphs to request a return. And if you use translate....it refreshes your page as soon you click on something. It's the most ridiculous crap ever. Of course their shopping section works perfectly though....
