I didn't choose Boise because that was the snowiest place I could think of
I chose it because I live in that area and was contrasting it between where my nephews live.
But, still, it gets 10x the snow on average that Dallas does. So, I do think it is quite a bit of an anomaly that Dallas has received more this year.
But, so far that hasn been as interesting to people as pointing out there are snowier places in the world. So, I retract my observation.
