Maybe it's time for a little context here. There are 2000 structures burnt at
this time. Regardless of what that number jumps to there are over 13 million housing units in California, and over 1.2 million in Utah.

So you are asking if that amount of homes not entirely disappearing from the market (most will rebuild), will drive up prices in Utah?

Possibly but most likely not really.
