...gave us a huge check right away to help us in the short term, then sent claims adjusters up to meet with us in person and walk us through both the replacing of our home as well as the replacement of all our stuff inside the home. Made it very easy. The one issue we had was wanting to replace the old foundation with a new one and we had to go above our adjusters head to his boss to get it approved but other than that, it was great.
