Against ASU he called the perfect play twice (both should have been TDs). The first was missed by the WR... and then it was followed by punt and the other was off the hands of the TE and followed up by an interception.
That's 14 points flushed down the toilet by players not making the plays. And those 14 points could have easily won the ASU game.
Note: Anyone that expects an OC to call the perfect game is a fool. There are too many variables (time, defensive look, noise, mistakes, 11 individuals on offense, 11 individuals on defense, the other team's DC countering, fouls,... heck, even officiating can screw up a good play).
