best players despite their flaws. There are so many things that need to change it is hard to know where to start. Seems like completely changing the offense midseason is a no go. But changing the defense should be easier. Peel and switch isn't working. It's resulting in wide open shots everywhere and people out of position for rebounds. Don't you think that abandoning the peel/switch would be one of the easier things that can be done now? Every D1 player knows how to play basic man or zone defense. Anything would be better.
