He was 63% last year. This year he's 76% but hasn't shot much.
Elite Guards are above 80%.
I like Hall but he needs to have a workers mentality and some hurry in bringing the ball down the court.
I never thought I would say it but I would take last years Hall over this year. At least last year he had a chip on his shoulder.
