Whole Hog BBQ is pretty good Texas-style food. I am not a big Clinton guy but any presidential library/museum is cool to visit. Other than that, outside stuff is best in Arkansas, and it will probably be too cold for that. The Old Statehouse Museum I've never been to but it looked interesting.
