my doc's advice:
I broke mine for the second time about 18 mos ago. This time I get to keep the metal plate. Anyway, the doctor's advice: Learn how to fall on the other side.
Best of luck to you. If there's no significant damage to soft tissue, it's really a quick recovery. Just don't fall on it for the next 6 months and learn how to fall on your other side.
