Spitz (Hall) had been the undisputed leader. Then Buck (Demin) comes in, and wants to lead. The dog sled goes in circles, and Francois & Perrault (Coach KY etc) despair and have no answers, until Buck and Spitz fight it out and Buck becomes the undisputed big dog.

Only then can the team come together and perform great things under Buck’s leadership.

No one needs to die bloody under a pack of huskies, but for the good of the season, I hope the team reads some Jack London, understands that no one can serve two masters, and picks somebody to lead.
