I was at the game tonight... there was no flow. The crowd wasn't in it at all. Our coaches are bringing guys in and out of the game with no predictability. If I was a player I would wonder "what is my role?" If I'm Dawson Baker and I subbed in I would have no idea if I was going to play 2 minutes or 20 minutes. How do you get into a flow with that?

Pick your 8 guys and go to battle with them. Richie and Catchings need to play more. Let Knell close games. He's our senior that wants the ball at the end. Mag was fine tonight but bringing him in and out of the game for defense is killing our offense.
