Fentanyl is cheaper than getting the real drug, so they add it for effect That's
the reason fentanyl is getting cut with heroin, cocaine, etc. it's extremely cheap to make in a lab.
Also the reason you won't really find fentanyl in mdma/ectasy...the mdma is already super cheap to make
