joined Grandpa Cougs or Die after being apart for just over a year. It’s a bitter sweet moment, sad for us good for them. She was one of the most die hard Cougar fans I know and I would be lying if I didn’t say she contributed in large part to my BYU fandom. She was a season ticket holder her whole life for football and basketball until due to health she couldn’t make it to games anymore. She watched every event BYU competed in. She watched every episode of BYU sports nation and if she missed an episode live you can guarantee she had it recorded to watch later. She worked at the distribution center for the church for 40+ years and always tried to instill in us the sacredness of the temple and wearing the temple garment. Most importantly she was the epitome of disciple of our Savior Jesus Christ. She was about as close to the perfect example of our Savior you can get. She judged no one, loved everyone, and was always inviting people to come unto Christ. I know she will still be cheering loud for our Cougs only now she has the best seat in the house.
