Can anyone help a Luddite navigate the battle between Microsoft, Apple and my
lack of technological savvy to help me save pictures and videos from my phone to my PC WITHOUT using the cloud? I don't want to pay a monthly subscription fee to store my pictures and videos when I'm pretty sure it can be done on my PC and backed up to external hard drives. But Microsoft and Apple seem to be conspiring to make it nearly impossible. Any help would be appreciated.
