Every time I call a doctor the service tells me that: call volume is higher than
normal so wait times will longer than usual, we value you as a patient....
What they meant to say is...we value you as an income source but don't want to pay for enough staff to answer your call in less than 45 minutes. Please remain on the line and we will answer your call in the order it was received, unless someone we value more calls first.
