when recruits see him and say things like he's "the model human being" I know that resonates with many people. They want to be around (and they want their kids to be around) someone like him.
Of course, that alone won't sway quality players — so he has to win too. And he did that this year over and over again.
Of course he makes mistakes and he's stronger in some areas than others (like everyone). But I'm glad he's running the show and setting the tone for the program.
