His brother is the other one, same name, who was a LB at BYU, and a WR at USU
I am glad he got the Michigan State offer and committed there, instead of Utah or another Big 12 team. My nephew had been one of his childhood best buddies since their first year of little league football in North Ogden, to Weber High, and are still very good friends. When I talked to him 2 weeks ago, he thought both brothers were going up UNLV, especially Aisea. I knew that they had been offered by UNLV, but I was really surprised that they were still in the running for both, because Aisea is a definitely P4 level talent player, and his brother had a pretty solid career after transferring to BYU from USU.
This makes a lot more sense, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see the youngest, most talented of the 3, going him at MSU. I still had hopes that both Moas would return to BYU, but even my nephew didn’t know the exact reasons why they were both transferring. He was trying to maintain respect and not pry, but he was just as surprised as I was, when they announced.
