People will do whatever they can to keep their homes. Second jobs, 2 income households and fewer kids are here to stay as a solution to that.

The larger concern that even land restricted Utah is now starting to see is interest rates back on the rise continuing to kill the possibility of new buyers entering the market. We've got to find a way to figure that one out.
