Go down to Ringtone Alerts. You have a slider to set the ringtone volume, and a switch you can set if you want to be able to change the ringtone from the volume button (otherwise it changes phone volume). There is another option below that, Haptics, which allows you to turn on/off the vibration (haptics) when you can select On, On in Silent Mode, Off, or Always Off.
