1. Yes, JR will be better next year than this year. I think that he's slightly more accurate and consistent throughout the season. I'm not sure he'll make the John Beck transformation, but will cut down on TOs and complete more passes.
2. They were pretty awesome this past season and look to be better next year. So, most likely.
3. Who knows? If he isn't injured he will be pretty solid.
