Don’t have one but I prefer a rear bath vs center bath in class B. Open floor
plan, bigger bathroom, more windows, can shower outside in the back between the back doors too, beds can be separate so you can walk through to the bathroom or make a large king bed which block bathroom access.

Downside is less privacy sleeping but you can put up a curtain behind the front seats. Also have a smaller fridge but you can get a secondary one for $250 off amazon you can use in any vehicle, they come in many shapes and sizes now.

The mid bath’s have a little more privacy as the bathroom breaks the area into two.The bathroom is small. Usually has more seating up front so you may have 4 captains chairs to sit in, instead of just 2 with the open floor plan models The kitchen is in the rear and feels more cramped than the open floor plans. The bed is in the rear too which makes for a small single bed and if you set it up it’s still small and blocks access to the kitchen. You can’t get snacks or you have to crawl over someone to use the bathroom (same as the open floor plan but that has the option to leave as to twin beds). You also have less space to put things by the bed and a lot of the storage is shared with the kitchen.

In terms of packing, you only need a few items to cook and prepare food. Don’t bring a ton of kitchen things, just the basics. Cook outside if you don’t want to stink up your vehicle. Have door screens so the breeze can flow through.

Minimal clothing, minimal tools but you should have small set for most repairs. Think about power, yes there is some built in but do you need to switch house batteries to LiPho4 batteries? Built in generator? It might have limited use depending on where you stay. Have solar? It can sometimes not charge. You may want a DC to DC charger or Bluetti/Exoflow DC charger that charges from the alternator at 600w.

Definitely do some shorter trips and stays before your big adventure. Test out the grey/black water tanks and figure out what staying in a campground/RV park provides and costs vs boon docking a few days.

Maybe you are looking at something different than the newer floor plans $100K+. I’d still recommend one with a shower and toilet instead of outdoor shower only and a port a potty. Also, get an app that lets you know where you can camp and pump out your tanks.

Most of all have fun and don’t argue over dumb things, you’ll be in a tiny space 24/7 which could create new issues.
