Yes Few had been at Gonzaga for 10 years, had helped build it and probably knew
what was missing from the program and added that when he became the head man. His situation taking over at Gonzaga was much different.
Young might be good, but he hasn’t been working to build BYU for 10 years like Few had been.

I believe they will get there. But it may not be as fast as we would like. There are quality college coaches on staff
