I listed tickets for the ASU game on New Years Eve and apparently there was a glitch and the listing was posted twice and sold twice. So whatever family of 5 that showed up first got in and the other were turned away. I feel horrible about it. I just found out this morning when Stubhub told me I had to refund the tickets. The glitch wasn’t my fault but Stubhub has no intention of taking responsibility.
Long story short, if anyone on here knows who that family is and can put me in contact with them, I want to find a way to make it right to them.
Also as a PSA, apparently the issue I had with Stubhub is somewhat common. So if you are wanting to go to an event, buy from any other site because the Stubhub ones may not work.
