I believe Kevin Young is going to be a really good coach but he almost has to forget how things were done at the NBA level because the college game is night and day different. He can't just pit talent against another team, he has to have offensive sets and motions that work at this level.

This is where Burgess comes into play and in my opinion he needs to be the loudest voice in the room full of coaches on this staff that have just D-leafue and NBA experience. Burgess has to take his career to the next level as a coach and do some coaching of the coaches and of the players.

We will get there, this season won't be it, but I do believe we will get there eventually. KY's biggest mistake was not surrounding himself with more College coaches... Too many NBA D league coaches.
