The 2nd reminder is 7 days out. It says "Have you bought an anniversary gift/flowers yet?"
The 3rd reminder is at midnight the day of your anniversary. This way you can tell her at midnight (if she's awake) or you'll see the notification 1st thing in the AM.

Do the same with her b-day.
