For mild apnea, and snoring you can get a MAD (mandibular advancement device) that will help reduce snoring and most
times covers all upper and lower teeth so would serve as a "bite guard" as well.

I had one and my wife loved it, but it has to be titrated by your dentist and I hated what it did to my tmj and bite in the mornings.

I'm a dentist and prescribed my own and hated that thing.
