What team you go to makes all the difference. Jim went to Ditka & a totally run
oriented Chicago offense w/Walter Payton on the roster. Ditka and Buddy Ryan (with his great defense) squandered McMahon's talent. McMahon, then in his thirties with shot knees, started tearing it up in Philly (cover of Sports Illustrated IIRC) through the air. It was too late though to build a HOF career at age 32 and a wrecked body. What might have been....
