As a descendent of Spanish New Mexicans, my family has enjoyed authentic Chile verde for generations… there is nothing like what my great grandmother and grandmother made for me when I was younger nor how I make it now. The last place I had great Chile verde in Utah, other than at home, is in Dragerton, Utah at a hamburger diner that is no longer there and was owned by a distant relative. Their Chile verde smothered burrito was heavenly.
