I don't feel bad about supporting the local new "little guy" for an extra $8 every once in a while. They just opened in the last 6 months, and I'm not sure how busy they've been. i hope they make it. I went to Home Depot first and they didn't have a strap wrench (had to remove a shower temperature valve handle), but the smaller Ace Hardware did. Will go there first next time.

Bass Pro shows $15.99 per box on their website. So yeah, ammo is available for less. I would buy in person there, not online.
