eligible unless they also play two P4 games with their OOC schedule. In fact, my thought is allow teams to NOT take their BYE weeks and schedule an extra game with a G6 or P4 team. And all FCS games should be within the first 4 games of the year.

There absolutely should not be teams like Alabama who get a 'week off' to play Mercer late in the season.
