The teams and locations of the games are set. The ordering of the games and the dates of the games are not determined or announced yet. Just look at Texas Tech's schedule on there and it has BYU listed smack dab in the middle on their list of games whereas BYU has Texas Tech listed at the bottom of their list of games. The ordering on there doesn't mean anything whatsoever for all the ones that say TBA.
