AI can be a helpful tool, but should not, and most of the time cannot, replace
the human element of the work. Your HR person is being lazy and not reviewing the work she is sending out. I firmly believe that AI can save time by being really good at creating pieces of the work we need to do or drafts. But you have to thoroughly scrub it for accuracy before calling it finished. I use it frequently to help write code, emails, etc. But I always read through and test the code, and make sure the email is saying exactly what I want.
