As others have mentioned, T-Mobile uses a dynamic IP address, so it doesn't work with some streaming services that are location based. For example, if you have a live TV streaming service like Youtube TV, Hulu Live, or Direct TV Stream, some will work and some won't. I use Youtube TV, and it works fine. I tried to switch over to DirectTV Stream, and it wouldn't work. It kept saying I was outside my home location, and live tv wasn't available. After spending hours on the phone with tech support, they finally identified the issue - the service doesn't work with dynamic IP addresses. I'm not sure what other streaming services are no-go with T-Mobile home internet, but everything else I have used (Hulu, Disney, Apple TV, Netflix, ESPN, Paramount, etc) has worked.
