Preview of BYU vs Houston matchup by user pesik on Coogfans (Houston’s Message Board) is worth the read (

Here is their prediction, “ If Houston competes on the boards and imposes its culture, they should win by 10+. However, if BYU dominates the rebounding battle and creates second-chance opportunities, a shootout could favor BYU.”
To pull off an unlikely win against Houston, the following needs to happen -1. win the boards, 2. hit our three’s, and 3. not buckle to Houston’s defense. Kevin Young is preparing them against this defense (

Another great take from pesik’s post, “ they [BYU] are an elite offense as a “team” but no individual player on their team is that much a threat.” Kelvin Sampson’s defense could capitalize on this and seriously lock us down. In response to this, it would be pretty cool if Demin can drive it down low and get to the free throw line.
