This! Going early if you're not projected in top 2 rounds just makes it more
likely that a player loses millions of dollars over an NFL career. No matter how talented you are (ie Jaren Hall, and MANY OTHERS), teams just aren't invested in lower round players. A very few force themselves into the conversation (like Tom Brady, Puka, and Brock Purdy), but most languish on the bench, down the depth chart, and wander from team to team, making pittance over years in the NFL
Glasker could be KVN-like dominant, a key disruptor on a very likely headliner top 10 defense next year, and is VERY UNLIKELY to be taken lower next year than he would be this year - he'll higher, almost for sure. And every round taken earlier means considerably more dollars for the player over his NFL years.
